Footloose

Footloose is NOT nut loose.

I heard a woman boast of her son,
That he would sit quiet like a moron.

That is not how a child should be!
It should indeed be active as a bee!

Curious of all the things around,
Trying its hand in things abound!

Dancing in glee and also singing
The things around investigating,

Such girls are called as “tom boys”
They are naughty like the real boys.

I too must have been such a one,
In my younger days now long gone.

These are people called “foot loose”
Not to be confused with “nut loose”

Only a child who wishes to learn,
Will become an interesting person.

The ‘cow-dung-boy’ makes mom happy,
But other hearts he will make unhappy!
